These leaders have served in IBT Greenville in its first 20 years of existence and have been used by God for the edification of the church: Roberto Garret, Juan, Carmen and Victor Fernández, Daniel Valcárcel, Matías Espinel, Jason Armstrong, Josué Parks, Samuel Capellán, Omar Toledo, Gerson Ruíz, Elton Perdomo, Jeremy Patterson. The church developed different ministries such as the children's church, teenagers and the Adiestra Conference, for leaders and pastors in the United States and the Hispanic world.
